Who are we?

We are missionaries, serving our Lord Jesus Christ, working so that all can hear and respond to the love of Jesus.

We married in 1999 and now have two daughters: Esther who was born in 2002 and Raquel who was born in 2006. We live in the city of Guadalajara about 54 km. from Spain’s capital, Madrid.

We are supported financially by different churches, friends and family who believe in the work we are carrying out. We work according to the guidelines set up by our Mission organization as faith missionaries living on the donations we receive

What we do?

We carry out various ministries in Spain and in other countries.

We are directors of Esencia Ministry (www.ministerioesencia.com) a ministry in the area of praise and worship. We began this ministry in the year 2000 in Madrid through our mission agency YWAM (Youth With A Mission). The focus of this ministry is to give ongoing training to believers who are involved in praise and worship, whether it be in their local congregation, in evangelism or as local artist. Through the Esencia Ministry we have lead various schools of worship in Madrid, in the Azores (Portugal) and in India. We give worship and praise seminars in the different provinces in Spain and have taken this training to Portugal, Belgium, England and Hungary.

Fernando was the head of administration for the YWAM base in Madrid from 2000 to 2006. As a family we participated with another three couples in planting a church in the city of Torrejón de Ardoz (23 km from Madrid) during this time. This church now has a membership of 70 believers.

We participate in different youth events, encouraging the Christian youth and helping to reach the non Christians. Some of these youth events are La Confra in Madrid, Contracorriente, 24/7 Prayer and Underground Praise.

On a yearly basis Fernando travels to India to teach and participate in the praise and worship school he began in 2004. We travel to various cities in Spain using praise and worship in evangelistic campaigns to reach the non believers with the gospel. Some of the cities where we have ministered in this manner are: Marbella, Málaga, Estepona, Churriana, Vinaroz, Valencia, Requena and Puente Genil.
